By accessing and using Chaloo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Chaloo is a carpooling platform that connects drivers with available seats to passengers travelling in the same direction. Chaloo facilitates the connection between drivers and passengers and the collection of the resulting fare; it is not itself a transportation provider and does not operate any vehicle.

Chaloo is operated by the individual named in the Business and Operator Information at the end of this page, registered with payment processors as an Individual/Sole Proprietor. See that section for the operator's legal name and registered location.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of their accounts, and complying with all applicable laws during rides.

Fares are calculated from the distance actually travelled and paid by the passenger directly to the driver's own UPI ID after a ride is completed. Full detail on how fares are calculated and paid is in the Payment Policy. Cancellations and refunds are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Chaloo is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to ride cancellations, delays, or disputes between users.
